About this iPhone The iPhone 6s Plus is the larger variant of the iPhone 6s model. It was upgraded with a 1.85GHz Apple A9 processor with 2 Gb of LPDDR3 RAM. The phone still features 16, 32, 64 or, 128 GB of flash storage and featured the touch ID sensor which was first introduced in the iPhone 5s.
